  2. Receipt in Original Condition  Engravings guaranteed to arrive in original condition, damage free. Should an engraving be damaged in transit, it will be promptly replaced upon GMP's receipt of the returned damaged engraving. In the case of an irreplaceable engraving, payment will be promptly refunded.
